What products do you sell?
Mary’s online store offers you our famous High Tea, fluffy scones, specialty food boxes and fresh produce. You can opt to have this delivered to your door or pick up in-store.
How do I specify my delivery/pick up date?
Upon checkout, the website will show all available dates for delivery/pick up. These are shown in real time. If the date is not showing, unfortunately this means it is completely sold out for both pick up and delivery. As our products can be refrigerated, we suggest ordering for a date a day or two prior.
Where do you deliver? And what is the cost?
We deliver within 35km (by road) of our Brunswick and Montrose venues. If you have not checked google maps, our website will automatically calculate if you are within the delivery zone upon checkout. Delivery fees are dependent on delivery address location. Delivery starts at $17 (0 - 20km) and $22 (20 - 35km) from each venue.
Can I pick up in-store?
Yes! You can select this upon check out. Pick up is available between 9.30am - 1pm. 7 days per week.
Can I walk in and purchase items without booking in advance?
We often have a limited selection of scones available to purchase without notice. You can check by emailing the team at firstname.lastname@example.org
What time do you deliver? Can I pick a specific delivery time?
Our drivers schedules change each day, and for that reason we cannot provide a delivery time. All orders will be arrive between 9.30am - 1pm on the date that you select. As our products do not arrive hot, you may wish to order it a day prior and refrigerate the product.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver everyday, however we do sell out in advance, so it is best to order with plenty of notice to avoid disappointment. If a date is greyed out on our calendar it means that we have either full sold out or the time limit to place your order has lapsed. Unfortunately in these circumstances we cannot accomodate your order.
Can I make changes to a box or customise it?
We are unable to make changes to the boxes, but suggest considering add on’s such as a box of macarons or scones!
Do your items come hot?
No they don’t. This is so that you can heat them up fresh in your own home. You may want to order your product a day or so before hand and keep it in the fridge. A website link to the instructions are shown on the box.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Our products are made in a kitchen where allergens are used and as such we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of all traces especially for people who are highly sensitive and those who have severe allergies. All products MAY CONTAIN traces of WHEAT/GLUTEN, EGG, DAIRY, SOY, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SEEDS, GARLIC & ONION.
What do I do when I receive my items! Do I need to warm them?
Keep items in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. Some of the items do need to be heated up/cooked. There are full instructions on the Mary Eats Cake website.
Do you take corporate or larger bulk orders?

What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds are available for purchases made or cancelled within 72 hours of pick-up/delivery date. From this time our team has already commenced planning and preparing your package and we are unable to provide a refund.
